The upcoming Primary Election will take place on Tuesday, June 7th, 2022.
The deadline to apply by Mail for a Mail-In Ballot is May 31, 2022.
The deadline to apply in person for a Mail-In Ballot is June 6, 2022 by 3 p.m.

In-person early voting locations will be open Friday, June 3 through Sunday, June 5 for the 2022 Primary Election. Hours will be Friday and Saturday, 10 am – 8 pm and Sunday, 10 am – 6 pm. No appointment is necessary.
ON ELECTION DAY:
Registered voters may vote in person on Election Day, June 7, 2022 by proceeding to their assigned polling location.

Vote By Mail
If you do not receive your ballot by May 12, 2022 you may request a replacement ballot from the County Clerk’s Office by calling 732-745-4202 or by sending a replacement ballot request form .
To return your Mail-In Ballot, choose one of these options:
- Mail your ballot through the United States Postal Service by 8 p.m. on June 7, 2022 to ensure it is postmarked on or before Election Day, June 7, 2022.
- Properly postmarked mail-In ballots must be received by the County Board of Elections by 8 p.m. on June 13.
- Drop your ballot in a designated Middlesex County Board of Elections’ drop box by 8 p.m. on Election Day, June 7, 2022.
- Take it directly to the Board of Elections’ Office in East Brunswick by 8 p.m. on Election Day, June 7, 2022.
The North Brunswick secure ballot drop box is located in front of the Municipal Building at 710 Hermann Road.
Drop boxes are maintained by the Middlesex County Board of Elections, are secure, and monitored by video surveillance. Ballots are collected from drop boxes on a regular basis.
