Bacon marmalade (can be on side) 9 hour braised short rib, mixed with roasted fennel, carrots, artichoke and sharp provolone. Served on a Kaiser roll.
–Fish Po Bo Sandwich
Breaded fish with lettuce, tomato and red onion topped with a garlic aioli. Served on a house made hero.
–Penne Primavera
Penne pasta, mixed with seasonal vegetables, sautéed in garlic, olive oil & Pecorino Romano
