Registration Deadlines
- The deadline to apply by Mail for a Mail-In Ballot is October 29, 2024.
- The deadline to apply in person for a Mail-In Ballot is November 3, 2024 by 3 pm.

Vote by Mail
To return your Mail-In Ballot, choose one of these options:
- Mail your ballot through the United States Postal Service by 8 pm on November 5, 2024 to ensure it is postmarked on or before Election Day, November 5, 2024.
- Properly postmarked mail-In ballots must be received by the County Board of Elections by 8 pm on November 7.
- Drop your ballot in a designated Middlesex County Board of Elections’ drop box by 8 pm on Election Day, November 5, 2024.
- Take it directly to the Board of Elections’ Office in East Brunswick by 8 pm on Election Day, November 5, 2024.
Drop boxes are maintained by the Middlesex County Board of Elections, are secure, and monitored by video surveillance. Ballots are collected from drop boxes on a regular basis.

North Brunswick Ballot Drop Box
The drop box is located in front of the Municipal Building, 710 Hermann Road for election ballots. It will be open until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5 (Election Day).
Vote In-Person
Early Voting:
In-person early voting locations will be open Saturday, October 26 through Sunday, November 3 for the 2024 General Election. Hours will be Monday to Saturday, 10 am-8 pm and Sunday, 10 am-6 pm. No appointment is necessary.

On Election Day:
Registered voters may vote in person on Election Day, November 5, 2024, by proceeding to their assigned polling location. Polling locations will be open from 6 am-8 pm.
