The Washington Place road improvement project is underway, which features the full reconstruction of the roadway and the replacement of a critical water main at a cost of $1.5 million.
The project will be active for several months and feature numerous stages that will involve a variety of detours. Occasionally, work at the intersection of Miriam Drive will require a full roadway closure that will prevent access to the bridge over Farrington Lake and require detours using Church Lane and Milltown Road.
B2 Bistro will always remain open and may sometimes need to be accessed from the East Brunswick side of the lake.
Please carefully follow the daily posted detours and use caution as necessary when traveling in this area while work is in progress.
