2 New Police Officers sworn in at May 15 Township Council Meeting

North Brunswick Township Police Officers Sherman Harris, Jr. and Raymond Genito were sworn in by Mayor Francis ‘Mac’ Womack at the May 15 Township Council Meeting.

Officer Harris worked for the Franklin Township Police Department and Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office. He graduated from the Mercer County Police Academy in 2019.

Officer Genito worked as a Special Police Officer II for the Lambertville Police Department and Wildwood Police Department. He graduated from the Cape May Police Academy in 2021. He also was a graduate of the North Brunswick Township Department’s Junior Police Academy in 2011.

Officers Harris and Genito are Township residents and North Brunswick Township High School graduates.
