880 Hermann Road, North Brunswick Township, NJ, USA
On Sunday, May 23rd, the North Brunswick Public Library is hosting an outdoor Bike Rodeo and Food Drive!
In collaboration with Keep Middlesex Moving and Mobile Family Success Center of Middlesex County, we invite grades 1 thru 6 (along with their parents/guardians) to bring their bicycles to the North Brunswick Library parking lot for a Bike Rodeo! It’s a safety course made up of multiple stations where you can exercise and learn how to ride your bike safely. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed. No registration is necessary. And if you don’t have a helmet, we will provide one!
The sessions are:
1st-3rd Grade Rodeo: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
4th-6th Grade Rodeo: 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
During the rodeo we will also be holding a food drive to help support our friends at the North Brunswick Food Bank! Donations such as peanut butter, jelly, pasta, canned beans, rice, mac n’ cheese are needed and will be collected. Please note that food must not be out of date, and only non-perishable foods are accepted.
Looking forward to seeing everyone there! Any questions, please email children’s librarian Miss Val at vwerner@northbrunswicklibrary.org or librarian Ryan at rmiller@northbrunswicklibrary.org
