Mischief Night and Halloween Curfew (October 30 and 31) – 8 PM

Resolution adopted on September 22, 2025 by the Township Council of North Brunswick.

That the curfew be and is hereby imposed for Mischief Night (October 30^th) and Halloween (October 31^st), taking effect at 8 p.m. Be it further resolved that the curfew shall apply to ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

Be it further resolved that the purpose of this curfew is that said children shall not be permitted to be on the street and public areas of the Township of North Brunswick after 8 p.m.

THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE NORTH BRUNSWICK POLICE DEPARTMENT.
