The Township of North Brunswick has long met, and continues to meet, all of its affordable housing obligations.
The affordability controls on the longstanding inventory of units for sale in the Governor’s Pointe communities have expired under the law.
Accordingly, our current inventory does not include affordable housing units for purchase.
Rental affordable housing units for all ages are available only at the North Brunswick Crescent Apartments and you must contact them directly for rental availability.
Age-restricted affordable units for rent are available at Amaranth.
Age –restricted affordable housing units are also available at the Paul J. Matacera Senior Apartments at North Brunswick and the Martin Gerber Apartments.
Each community has its own affordable housing obligation and inventory. You may need to contact several communities individually in order to find the type of housing you are seeking.
