Township Council Public and Workshop meetings, held on Mondays at 7 p.m., are aired live and are rebroadcast Tuesday through Sunday nights at 7 p.m.
Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings are aired live (Planning Board – 7:30 p.m. and Zoning Board of Adjustment – 7 p.m.) and air from Wednesday through Sunday nights at 8 p.m. or at the conclusion of rebroadcast Township Council meetings.
Yoga/Exercise with Jaclyn (daily at 9:30 a.m.) – Start each day by getting fit with Senior Center exercise instructor Jaclyn at 9:30 a.m.! Along with yoga, she mixes up the routine with core conditioning, bodyweight conditioning, strength and cardio training.
Yoga/Exercise with Donna (daily at 4 p.m.) – Senior Center exercise instructor Donna keeps your day moving each day at 4 p.m. with yoga, exercise and tai chi.
The “R&B Bistro Up Close & Personal” is a talk show with a musical premise, born from the Radio show “The R& B Bistro”. It’s designed to be a vehicle aimed at making a difference by bringing a positive force to the broadcast community through Inspiration, Information and Motivation. Join host Venus Crute, former Radio Personality, from the Legendary 98.7 KISS FM. R&B Bistro airs Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Sundays at 5 p.m.
