Senior Fitness Club

All participants MUST register at the main office for a MONTHLY SENIOR FITNESS PASS at the cost of $5/month.

We offer 9 classes/week for this cost.

This fee will be devoted strictly for our fitness programs & instructors.

The Fitness Programs that are included in the Senior Fitness Passes are:

  1. Zumba Classes
  2. Strength & Cardio Classes
  3. Advanced Strength Classes
  4. Chair yoga Classes
  5. Gentle Mat Yoga Classes

10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Walking Club

Wednesdays

9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Line Dancing

11 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Advanced Strength Training

12:30 p.m. – 1 p.m. Zumba

11 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Chair Yoga

12:15 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. Zumba

Fridays

10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Zumba

11 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Strength and Cardio
