Exercise with Jaclyn and Donna on Channel 15

Start each day by getting fit with Senior Center exercise instructor Jaclyn at 9 a.m. Senior Center exercise instructor Donna keeps your day moving each day at 11 a.m. For on-demand exercise videos, please click the link below!

For those 55 and older this energetic group meets for a regular regimen of low – impact exercise. Seniors must have a DPRCS Fitness Pass to participate. Passes are available at the DPRCS office for $15 per year.

A Senior Fitness pass holder is eligible to participate in our Senior Swimming at the NBTHS Pool which is held three days a week and our Senior Walking Program.

Senior Walking takes place on Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-10 a.m.. Walkers meet at the Senior Center and depart for area parks or Brunswick Square Mall during the winter. Check the Senior Sage or call DPRCS for dates and times of Senior Swim.

The Senior Center offers a variety of fitness programs during the week!
