Public records are available from the clerk’s office upon request by either completing the PDF form below or the online form on the next tab of this page.
What To Expect
Upon completing and submitting a record request (OPRA), online or via email, you will be contacted via email about the documents. You will be advised if they are available, how long it will take to procure them and formats available and their related costs. You will also be asked clarifying questions if required.
If they are available in digital format they likely can be emailed for free. If, however, they must be printed there will be a per page fee quoted to you along with postage or delivery fees (if applicable). Printing fees are $.05 pp for standard and $.07 pp for legal sized documents.
