The replacement of a primary water main along Old Georges Road began on Monday, September 16, for its entire length between the intersection at Route 130 north of Apple Orchard Lane through the intersection at Route 130 north of Adams Lane.
The project will be active for several months and feature numerous stages that will involve a variety of changing traffic patterns during weekday hours. No closures or detours are planned and full access to Church Lane will be maintained.
Motorists should use caution as necessary when traveling in this area while work is in progress.
